Royalties (Commissions)
Royalties (commissions) will be paid at a rate of 10% on every dollar received at the Chamber. No royalty will be paid unless the membership investment and/or sponsorship has been paid. Royalties will be paid one time during the campaign at the Wednesday, May 8th finale. Thereafter, royalties will be paid on the last day of each month the payment was received.

No royalties or SWAG (see below) will be awarded until membership investment and/or signed Product & Sponsorship Agreements have been collected and a signed W-9 is on file with the Chamber. Volunteers receiving over $600 in royalties and prizes will be issued a 1099.

SWAG (Stuff We All Get)

SWAG will be awarded based on the Chamber’s receipt of membership investment and signed Product & Sponsorship Agreements.

Those selling $1,000 or more become eligible for SWAG, increasing in value at $2,500 increments or to $17,500. Only one SWAG will be awarded per volunteer and will be based upon on the solo artist’s final sales total.

Recognition

Every Frontman/woman, Manager and Player producing in the campaign will be recognized in all Campaign ’09 communications, on ChamberCampaign09.com, in the Business E-Newsletter, in the Business Quarterly Report, and in the Chamber’s Annual Report.

In order to qualify for weekly recognition, all sales (with completed and signed Product & Sponsorship Agreements, Membership Applications and paid membership investment) must be turned in to the Chamber no later than 5:00 p.m. the Tuesday before the weekly event.

Final sales (with accompanying signed forms) must be turned in to the Chamber by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 6th to be considered for overall campaign band and solo artist awards.

The names of the top producing band and solo artist will be displayed with the Jane Krutz Cup in the Chamber’s Deltic Timber Atrium.

Chamber Trips are non-transferrable. Depending upon availability, Chamber reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of comparable value.

Weekly Prizes

Only players in attendance at the weekly Breakfast and Lunch Gigs will be eligible to win valuable door prizes.
